I bumped into this epic fanfic earlier, but now that I saw how huge it actually is... well, I just have to try and read it. (Might take me months, though. All the better, at least I won't get bored. ;D) And judging by the first two chapters this isn't bad writing at all.
I'm slack-jawed with awe here, really. If the quality keeps up through the whole fic - and judging by your earlier posts and the general feeling I got from you, it will - many published authors would feel very, very jealous.
(Someone would say that writing was easier for you due to the Potterverse being already created when you started, but I'd have to object. Writing fanfiction is taking something that exists, and - if it's good fanfiction - imitating it so well that it might as well have happened in canon. ... Now, let's compare

real life / every single novel that has ever been written.

I get that dub-con can be kinda hot, and I've definitely heard of people having "rape fantasies" in which they are forced to enjoy certain... attentions. There is no schedule on book seven. It needs a rewrite and we stopped to write a couple other stories before going back to that series.
I have never even read AS/S. Partially because I had such a negative reaction to the Epilogue and associate them with it. I just don't share JKR's vision of Harry's future. I am working on an epilogue compliant fic now, so that might change.
